Advantages

Excellent dispersion performance for carbon black with irreplaceable advantages and good storage stability, low grinding viscosity, good color acceptance;

Best choice for high color black FW200, S500 and SB6;

Good performance for organic pigments that difficult to disperse, including phthalocyanine blue.

Good pigment wetting ability shortens dispersion time, strong steric hindrance effective prevents pigment from flocculation and sedimentation, small size of pigment affords excellent color and gloss.

 

Application fields
Particularly recommended for high quality industrial coatings such as automotive paints and automotive refinish paint as well as the production of universal color paste.

 

Usage method

The product can effectively used for organic and inorganic pigments. For optimum result, please adding dispersing first before pigment.

The dosage of titanium dioxide is about 3 ~ 5 %;

For other inorganic pigment, the recommend dosage is 10 ~ 15 %;

Organic pigment: 15 ~ 35 %;

Carbon black: 60 ~ 100 %,

Add this product before grinding.

Storage and transportation
This product is flammable. Please stay away from high temperature, fire source, avoid strong, direct sunlight during storage. The product is valid for 1 year. Dark color may be observed at 5 ~ 30, but this does not affect the result. If phase separation or settlement happened at 0 oC, please heat it until room temperature.
