Technical data
Compound: Cationic quaternary ammonium compounds

Appearance: colorless to yellowish clear liquid
Non volatile: about 80％

Solvent: N-butyl alcohol

Proportion: about 0.59

 

Advantages

Can adjust the electrical conductivity of finished coatings and suitable for various spraying equipment and conditions;

Easy to cover paint and keep the uniform in thickness of electrostatic coating;

Little effect to the perperty of coatings;

Decrease the waste of coatings.

Recommended Dosage and usage

Dose: 0.2-1.0%, depends on the polarity of electrical conductivity and coating systems that needed; can be added during the any process, and evenly dispersed.

 

 Storage and transportation

Keep the product store in a shady and cool place, avoid sunlight, raining and leaking. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames.

The product maybe become slightly turbid and solid when the temperature is under 10℃. Please warm it to 25℃ to recover.

 

Safty

The product contains solvents, please be awear when use and avoid eye or skin exposure. For more details,please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
