Application Field

Unsaturated polyester coating, UV curing coating, epoxy resin system

 

Features and usage

Suitable for bubble defoaming in high viscosity or non solvent system;

In high viscosity or non solvent system, the bubbles produced during mixing, manufacturing and usage are not easily removed or broken, resulting in uneven density or flat surface.

With the special nature of the interface, can effectively defoam the bubbles, helping the internal bubbles to quickly floating to the coating surface to broke and enhance the leveling of surface.

Good compatibility and excellent defoaming performance in the UV curing coating , whether for roller coating or dipping coating

Suitable for defoaming of unsaturated polyester coating.

 

Recommended Dosage and usage

Dose: 0.1 ~ 1.0%.

Add before gridding. For optimum performance, it is recommended to perform test to determine the best usage and dosage.


Storage and transportation

Containers should be stored under the temperature of 0-40℃ and the product maybe become layered or slightly turbid when the temperature is under 5℃. Please warm it over simmering water until the liquid turns clear again before use. Keep the product store in a shady and cool place, avoid sunlight, raining and leaking. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames.

 

Safty

The product contains solvents, please be aware when use and avoid eye or skin exposure. For more details,please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
