Function

The PP or PP/EPDM surface can use fire and arc processing to improve the adhesion of substrate. But the expensive equipment and inconvenience in application make the processing limited.

Adhesion promoter DeuspecPPB can enhance the water resistance, gasoline resistance and heat resistance property when added in resins or substrate, and resolve the adhesion between unfinished PP or PP/EPDM substrate.

Recommended Dosage and usage

For substrate use: dilute with slovent(toluene or xylene) in 1:5-10;wipe clean the oil or release agent left on the surface;

Spray DeuspecPPB solvent, dry film 5-10um, and stand for 5-10min; coating with two -component polyurethane or acrylic paint and stand for 5-10min; forced dry under 80℃ for 30-60min.

Or, adding to resins with 10 ~ 15 % of DeuspecPPB and evenly stirred;

Wipe clean and stand for 20-30min; forced dry under 80℃ for 30-60min.

Storage and transportation

Containers should be stored under the temperature of 0-40℃ and the product maybe become layered or slightly turbid when the temperature is under 5℃. Please warm it over simmering water until the liquid turns clear again before use. Keep the product store in a shady and cool place, avoid sunlight, raining and leaking. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks and open flames.

Safety

After long time store, the solvent may volatile, stick the the bottom and even gelatinize. If it happened, please add solvent and warm with water-bath heating until it returns to the original apperance and use it up in the shortest time.
